Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your e-mail box accounts and mailing lists. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a new mail account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email box to another, set up email filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email mailboxes against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming email messages according to specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Simply specify the email box you would like to redirect mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
